Dublin Wedding Photographer

Creative, Classic & Documentary Wedding Photography in a Natural, Timeless Style in Dublin.

As a full-time professional Dublin wedding photographer, I love shooting in city centre wedding venues creating photographs of natural non-posed moments and contemporary portraits in the city streets.

My wedding photography style is a mix of informal documentary coverage, classic style group shots and creative portraits that make the most of the light, the weather, and your chosen wedding venue.

I’m fully qualified and fully insured, with a wealth of experience gained from shooting hundreds of weddings. By hiring a professional, you don’t have to worry about the weather. I enjoy using the weather to creative effect whether that’s a clear blue summer sky or a downpour, therefore rain or shine, you’ll have beautiful photos to treasure for a lifetime.

Winter wedding photography is a speciality, and as a result of the shorter days and longer nights couples can take advantage of earlier sunsets and dramatic low light portraits.

About You

For you, your wedding is a celebration of present, past and future and all those that are a part of it! You wish to create a day that is unique and personal to you. It will be remembered for being fun, relaxed and surprising for all.

You’re inspired by unusual, quirky venues. They are a platform for your own ideas, whether classical or bohemian, in a church or at the seaside, during a festival or even on a mountaintop! You’ll likely be breaking away from some of the old traditions. Perhaps you will have a few new ideas or touches of your own but most importantly It will be personal to you and combine all the things that make you happy. You appreciate the little details that will make your day unique, like a few of your own handmade decorations, perhaps a game or two to get people talking, a playlist of the sounds from your life together so far or even sharing something new – like a passion fruit and marshmallow wedding cake! Its not about perfection, it’s about the showing how much you care and expressing what interests you.

Our Approach

Our modern approach to wedding photography is friendly and free from pretension! Incorporating documentary-style realism with cinematic flourishes we aim to record all your memorable moments in beautiful, honest imagery. Relax and enjoy your day as we blend in with your guests, nothing contrived, re-enacted or cheesy! We will just capture everything as it happens naturally.

We aim to photograph the essential, memorable moments of your ceremony as well as documenting the minutiae and personal details that make your day individual to you. Couples frequently tell us that with so much to think about, they appreciate us having our active input and advice on planning and logistics (Wayne’s forte!) and taking the initiative – giving direction where needed! Your wedding day is all about you and your story. We like to get to know you before the day, so you feel relaxed and can be yourself as we document your unrepeatable day! In our experience, the better we know you, the more natural and genuine the photos we capture. We love working with creative couples whose weddings is a celebration of their personalities as much as their love.

We take care of all details…

“…Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever… is remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything. ”  Aaron Sisking
